Hey Ya'll,
Ok so there's this one site that I'm trying to use with webvissum (which obviously has a captcha) but no audio captcha is available... anyways, it used to let me fill out the form, and submit it, and it's not working.. I've went into all the different options under the webvissum menu and still nothing... I even went to solve captcha manually, and it's still not doing this. it doesn't tell me that it can't be recignized, nor does it do anything when I click on solve captcha.. but I know there's one there.. I've tried also hitting enter where the code is supposed to go, and trying it that way, but nothing... same thing when I don't enter the part where the code is supposed to go... it still doesn't recignize that anything is there... if there are any suggestions ya'll might have, please let me know... god I wish IE8 had audio captcha solving tools. lol.

If the website isn't saying you need to solve it, how are you so sure there is one?
Forgot to say. If you post the site that might be helpful as well for others to figure out what it is you mean?
It's the mediabase request list when requesting a song on a radiostations website. I can give an example of one... if that's what you mean.. oh no you do have to enter a code- because when I press the submit button, it tells me that I have to enter the code. so it's definitely there. As an example, here's a similar link I found... basically all the mediabase request forms are all the same, you just attach your favorite stations calletters onto the end... here's the link:http://www.mediabase.com/mmrweb/7/stationplaylistrequest.asp?c_let=kiis-FM
Thanks to anyone who could help me out!

I've been having a LOT of issues with WebVisum in the past few weeks, similar to what you've described.
I'm going to give it a try. Tell you what I think. In the mean time, report it to Webvisum as well.
How do you report it to WebVissum?
Thanks,
Glad I'm not the only one who's having issues with this.

Go to the web site, sign in and you'll see.
Hi! Thanks for your help. I contacted them, so I'm hoping they'll fix this sooner then later.

Okay here is my experience.
You check the songs you want played, under that is a form you fill out, email, age and such things. Under that it says type the code you see and you find the edit box.
Here is how I do it. I move down to the edit box so that it is open and I am ready to put in the code. I press applications key and arrow down to solve captcha), or whatever these things are called. I hit enter and it gets sent. When it comes back I paste it in the box.
Under that you find the next button.
Okay where are you coming up short? I am running the last version of Fire Fox and WebVisum.
You also must have session cookies abled. Here are the instructions.
For Firefox:
· Go to Tools (or Firefox menu if using a Mac)
· Select Options (or Preferences if using a Mac) on the menu
· Select the Privacy tab
· Check the box that says Accept cookies from sites
· Check the box that says Accept third-party cookies
· Keep until: dropdown box should say they expire
· Click "OK" to save the settings and close the dialog box
Hi! Thanks for your help! I'll try that.. although, I am using a laptop, and I'm not sure where my applications key is?? lol... I'll definitely try that though.. I was looking for directions on how to annable my cookies in FireFox, thanks for those directions, too!! I appreciate it!! I'll try it and let ya know what happends lol

Applications key is the key on the right side of your space bar. Alt is first then the applications key. If you don't have one, and some computers don't you use shift F10 if you are using Jaws.
Thank you... I appreciate it. I'll try that.. I am having trouble on annabling my cookies- I took all the steps you provided, but I can't find it.. I'm using a PC not a mac... thanks for your help! :)
Amber
But you haven't said if you can see what I described on that page?
Yes, that's what the page looks like for me, exactly.. except when I'd go to solve the captcha I'd have an issue.. that's where it comes in.. I think my cookies might be annabled because I've done it before... it's just it stopped working for some reason... I appoligize for not describing what I saw on the page in my last post. Amber
This is probably a dumb question, but when you launch Firefox, does Web Vissum tell you that it's logged in? You might want to check that, because you should be able to go to solve captcha and it should at least say that it's working on it. In my experience, after hitting control alt 6, if nothing at all happens, either Web Vissum is having a problem connecting to the server, or I'm not logged in for some reason.
Great idea! That be exactly the issue.
Hey! Thanks.. I'll try that, and see what happends. :)
Amber

Yea, we got music now.
